We are a family owned private company. Our expenses are low because we have no fat in our organization. We don’t have big overhead (it costs too much) like many window companies. You can talk to an owner if you want to. In fact, if you call after business hours or when customer service personnel are on other lines, an owner may answer the phone.We are financially strong so we have the ability to back up our excellent warranties. Our decisions are made based on what is best for our customers. We don’t have to answer or make decisions to satisfy an outside investor, banking institution, or board of directors.
