Production Lead

Lindsay Windows is looking for a qualified Line Lead for the North Mankato facility!

Overall Responsibility is to insure windows are produced by the team within quality and efficiency goals .  A high level of responsibility is expected of team leaders, because the safety and productivity of their team reflects on their ability to lead!  Every lead works with their team to ensure production goals and efficiency goals are met daily!

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 12-18 months actively leading a team of 10-15 or more individuals as well as 1 year or more actively working in a manufacturing position.

Our Leads will have demonstrated skills in the following:

1. Following and maintaining all required work instructions for accuracy and quality.
2. This includes all products in production.
3. Provide training of for required work/tasks
4. Keeping track of employee scheduling and attendance and conducting performance reviews.
5. Reducing the amount of overtime by organizing work load efficiently

Pay is Dependent on Experience ( DOE)

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
