Customer Service Representative - North Mankato, MN

Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding product questions, service questions and general client concerns
• Directly faces walk-in customers in a reception setting
• Creates estimates for internal and external customers
• Manages email inbox with replies within 24 hours
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
• Inputs orders
• Works with the sales team

Customer Service Representative skills

• 3-5 years Customer Service experience
• Building or Construction experience helpful
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing and able to work from our office in North Mankato daily!

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
